We are committed to helping you through your new language and culture journey. With that being said, we are always ready and willing to refund or reschedule classes. We know you have a life, and it happens to get in the way of language learning.
Let's make an agreement 😊 Here are our terms.
Appointments:
- Our instructors are making themselves available based on these scheduled appointments. Please give them at least 24 hrs before your scheduled class time to reschedule or cancel.
- Same day reschedules are not preferred but we understand.
- No call, No shows will not be refunded.
- Late appointments are not extended into the next hour.
- Classes are given on the hour ONLY. Please choose or request any class on the hour.
- Payments must be made to reserve your class time in our Scheduling App, or in person at the Studio. You can leave credit card details with us, to be used only under your instructions. Otherwise, it is not reserved.
For Iguana Kids Camp:
- We understand plans change! In order to be eligible for a refund, we require a minimum of 10 working days before the first day of your cancelled camp.
- Refund will be issued 10 working days after cancelation, preferably via Venmo. Only bank and/or processing fees will be discounted from the original payment.
- We reserve the right to cancel ANY week due to low attendance.
For All Customers:
- We encourage you to login yourself so you can reschedule easily or cancel.
- Rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before booking date without a fee.
